Man arrested for 2006 attempted murder

Police say 37-year-old Terraine Miller went on a shooting spree that wounded a then 6-year-old girl. She was hit outside her North Richmond home in late December, 2006.

Acting on a tip, U.S. Marshals and deputy sheriffs from the Contra Costa County sheriff's office arrested Miller last Thursday at an apartment on Yuba Avenue in San Pablo. After a short run from the police, Miller was taken into custody without further incident.
