PEACHES ON WHITE SAND BEACHES
Perfectly mid-summer seasonal, yet unique flavor components
- 1.5oz fresh white peach puree
- .75oz honey syrup (2:1 organic honey to water)
- .5oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. soda water
- Shake puree, honey and lemon in mixing glass 2/3 full w ice.
- Empty contents into collins glass
- Add soda water and zest w fresh lemon
Optional: add 1oz Veev acai spirit prior to shaking, soda water not neccessary.
AMAZON BRUNCH PUNCH
Not "low-cal" but all good quality proteins and antioxidants
- 2oz. Acai juice
- 2oz. whole milk (use 2% if fat conscious)
- .5oz. rich simple syrup (2:1 sugar to water, sub honey if avoiding processed sugars)
- 3 large mint leaves
- Shake all ingredients in mixing glass full of ice
- Fine (double) strain into double rocks glass filled w fresh ice.
- Garnish with vibrant mint sprig tip
