The Hambone Express racing pigs join the San Mateo County Fair for another year of squealing racing. Snort for your favorite pig each day as it sprints around the track. Every year the pig races continue to grow in popularity, and are always entertaining for people of all ages. Arrive early to get your seat - may the best pig win!
Be memorized by Steve Bayner, the Hypnotist, casting a controlled trance over volunteers from the audience. Each performance is different and has new elements depending on who decides to raise their hand to participate, you'll be fascinated watching the volunteers participate and will love seeing the different reactions from each person on stage.
Watch in awe the defying belles as they perform aerial acts high above the stage with acrobatics and cabaret style choreography. A delicious slice of contemporary circus donning colorful costumes with graceful athleticism and cheerful theatrics – a circus dance troupe crowd pleaser.
Brews & Blues Stage:
Come dance and sing the blues with the Shane Dwight Band while you enjoy a cold drink and the company of friends. The Brews & Blues Stage is located across from Expo Hall near the East Entrance, and music starts at 6:30.
A unique circus comedy, that is astoundingly fresh, has been blending up and serving a tasty and wild mix of creative interactive theater, outrageous sketch comedy, and jaw-dropping acrobatics since 2004. The show is a spectacular array of dance, music, physical comedy, pantomime, and aerial acrobatics into a neatly and professionally crafted storyline hosted by "Dream Scientist" Dr. Ludo Hopenspitz.
