Home sales continue to improve

The National Association of Realtors says the number of pending home sales rose 3.2 percent in July -- that's more than analysts predicted.

Home sales have now reached their highest level in two years, as first time buyers rush to take advantage of a tax credit that ends in November.

Sales are expected to drop when that tax credit expires.
