Abigail Holloway could receive up to five years in state prison after pleading no contest earlier this summer to four felony charges.
Holloway taught at the Kings Academy, a Christian junior high and high school in Sunnyvale.
Prosecutors say the relationship between Holloway and the then 13-year-old student began in 2001.
