Comcast to raise cable rates again

Comcast cable customers will be seeing their bills go up again. The company says it is raising rates on October 15th.

The average increase is nearly four percent. This means the average $60 bill for the digital starter service will go up by about $2 a month.

Comcast says the fee hike reflects the increased cost of doing business, rising programming costs, and investments in future technology.
