Here's an event the whole family can enjoy this weekend -- 2009 Family Day Kite Festival which takes place on the Marina Green in San Francisco. ABC7 is a proud sponsor of the event. You can watch spectacular kites flown high above the city, from the acrobatic kites of world champions to the hand-made entries of amateurs. The event is free and there are 600 free parking spaces available! It takes place from 11 - 6 Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 19 and 20.
