Zoo workers decorated their habitat and filled many items with treats.

This isn't the only festivity planned for Halloween at the zoo.

Coming up this Saturday and Sunday, October 24 and 25, 2009, children can visit candy stations throughout the grounds.

Zoo-keepers will also feed the animals holiday-themed treats and the zoo's haunted nature trail will allow kids to see a variety of animals up-close, such as tarantulas, snakes and owls.
