Angus burger with beer battered onion rings

BOB Burger:


  • 1 lb. 100% Angus Beef
  • 1 Clove Fresh Garlic - 1 clove (chopped small)
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire.
  • 2 Tbsp. Cold Butter (shredded ice cold)
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt


Mix all ingredients together, split apart into four balls and form them into patties. Sear on red hot skillet or grill top - about a two minutes on each side. Lightly salt and pepper each patty. Let rest two to three minutes before placing them on fresh baked bun and serving.

Anchor Steam Beer Battered Ring-O's:


  • 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large sweet onions, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup Anchor Steam beer


Mix together the flour, salt, pepper, oil and egg yolks. Gradually whisk in the beer. Refrigerate the batter 3 to 4 hours before using. Slice onions into rings; separate rings and dip in the batter. Deep-fry in batches in 370° oil until golden brown
