Gradkowski glad Raiders were ready for a win

Behind quarterback Gradkowski, Oakland rallied from a 14 point deficit, scoring 10 points in the final 33 seconds to pull out a 20-17 win over Cincinnati.

His 2 touchdowns and 183 yards passing helped keep the Bengals winless in 10 visits to Oakland.

After Sunday's game wide receiver Louis Murphy said his team isn't known for fighting back. They did just that with Gradkowski at the helm.

"I think now it's my fourth year in the NFL. I was very fortunate to get all the experience that I did as a rookie and was coached very well by coach Gruden and coach Hackett at the time and I learned a lot. IT was a good experience and that's how the NFL is. You shift around here and there and finally you catch on and get a break. Hopefully we can make this last," said Gradkowski.
