4-year-old Oakland girl suffers from gunshot wound

It happened in the 800 block of Mead Avenue.

Police say the girl was in a bedroom when a bullet went through a wall and struck her below her shoulder.

Investigators don't think the house was targeted.

There's a $5,000 reward for information leading to the shooter.
