- 4 ounces Chandon Brut, prosecco or other sparkling wine
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 4 cucumber slices
- Juice from ¼ lime
- 4 mint leaves
Muddle everything but the sparkling wine over ice, strain into a Martini glass and top with the sparkling wine.
- 2 ounces ruby Port
- 2 ounces hot water
- 1 lemon slice with a clove in its center for garnish
Mix the Port and water in a Champagne coup, garnish with the lemon slice and serve hot.
- 2 ounces apple cider
- 2 ounces ginger beer
- 2 ounces sparkling wine
- 6 juniper berries (fresh or dried)
Muddle everything but the sparkling wine over ice, strain into a flute and top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with a few juniper berries.
