Investigators say the driver of a Honda CRV was carrying an ID that may not have been hers.
Her SUV collided head-on with a 26,000 pound box truck on westbound Interstate 580 near Harbour Way in Richmond.
Investigators also found an empty bottle of tequila in her car.
