24-year-old Concord solder dies in Iraq

CONCORD, CA

U.S. Army Pfc. Scott G. Barnett died of injuries received while supporting combat operations, according to the Department of Defense.

He was assigned to the 412th Aviation Support Battalion, 12 Combat Aviation Brigade.
