The Supreme Court agreed to hear a case about vaccine side effects.

A Pittsburg family claims their daughter has suffered a series of debilitating seizures since getting a "DPT" shot when she was six-months-old.

The vaccine maker Wyeth, which is now owned by Pfizer, won at the court of appeals level.

The company, however, joined in asking the Supreme Court to hear the case, saying it presents a legal issue that should be resolved.
