3 arrested after shots fired from moving cars in Novato

NOVATO, CA

It began when a bandanna wearing gunman opened fire from the sunroof of a speeding car at a minivan just after 4:00 Wednesday afternoon. It happened on Redwood Boulevard near Rowland.

Two people in the minivan received minor wounds. Witnesses told police the gunman was in a white Honda and had a rifle with a scope on it.

Officers found the suspect's car Wednesday night near an apartment complex on Ignacio Boulevard and ultimately arrested 18-year-old Kendra Bertucci along with a 17 and 15-year-old boy.

Investigators are still looking for at least two other suspects.

The victims in the case have not talked to investigators.
