About Jon Kosorek:
I am Jon of Jon's Street Eats, I run a "Gourmet" food cart operating solely in the East Bay since August. I have 19 years in High-end restaurants and have been "The Chef" of some of the areas top restaurants since 2006. In '07 I almost had a restaurant started with keys and a lease, liquor license, and design in place, then the economy crashed, I lost some investors and went back to work as the Chef of Jeanty @ Jacks. The economy got worse and Jeanty closed shop, so I had to do something and started Jon's Street Eats.
The Concept was and is to bring real food (Sustainable Meats and local produce made from scratch) to the people at a reasonable price. My menu changes weekly, I always have a protein, Veg, small plate and dessert. I update my Menu and locations daily on Twitter and Facebook so people know where I am and what I have to offer for the day.
