The mission of the Asian Law Caucus is to promote, advance and represent the legal and civil rights of Asian and Pacific Islander communities, with a focus directed toward addressing the eeds of low-income, immigrant and underserved individuals.
Titi has a long career advancing social justice issues both domestically and internationally. She has served as the Law and Rights Program Officer for the Ford Foundation, a consultant to the US State Department and US AID, and has published extensively in the US and China on the relationship between litigation and social change.
Titi is on the Steering Committee of the California Coalition for Civil Rights and a Board member of the Asian American Justice Center.
Previous to joining the Caucus, she was the Garvey Schubert Barer Visiting Professor in Asian Law at University of Washington School of Law. Titi is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
