Police looking for SSF hit and run suspects

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA

The car, described as similar to a blue-gray or black Mercedes, slammed into another vehicle in the 1600 block of El Camino Real at about 3 a.m. on June 13, South San Francisco police Sgt. Joni Lee said.

The victim vehicle then crashed into a light pole and the suspects drove off before police arrived, Lee said.

No one was seriously injured, and police later learned the occupants of both cars had gotten into an altercation at the Westborough Square Shopping Center in Daly City.

The fight had carried over onto the highway, where the suspects chased the victims from Interstate Highway 280 to Interstate Highway 380 before they ended up on El Camino Real in South San Francisco, Lee said.

The suspects are described as three white men in their 20s, and their car has a license place similar to 6FMI813.

Anyone with information is asked to call the South San Francisco Police Department at (650) 877-8900.
