The shooting was reported at about 10:15 p.m. in the parking lot of Clayton Valley Bowl at 5300 Clayton Road, Carroll said.
A witness reported seeing a man shoot at a lowered red Chevrolet pickup truck, which drove off before police arrived.
Investigators found three 9mm casings at the scene and gunshot damage to a parked car and the window of a business.
Carroll said the shooting may have been related to an earlier party at the nearby Centre Concord recreation center, Carroll said.
It is not clear whether anyone in the victims' vehicle was injured, but so far investigators haven't received any reports of gunshot victims showing up at local hospitals.
The suspect was still outstanding this morning. He is described as a Hispanic man about 5 feet 9 inches tall with short hair and a thin build. He was wearing a Pittsburgh Steelers jersey.
