Kendra Fallon graduated last year from St. Ignatius High School. The 18-year-old was currently attending UC San Diego and is among 14 people killed when a small plane crashed about 50 miles south of Kathmandu on Tuesday.
There were no survivors. The plane was headed to the Mount Everest region, when cloud cover forced it to turn back and it crashed in heavy rain on a hillside.
School officials say Fallon was in Nepal working at an orphanage.
