Investigators say a reckless driver began smashing into cars near Mission and New Montgomery in Downtown SF just after 8:00 Tuesday night.
At least three people were taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries - all are expected to survive.
Police are still trying to determine if alcohol played a factor.
