Giants head back to Philly, confident despite loss

SAN FRANCISCO

The players, including last night's starting pitcher Tim Lincecum, were all business as they boarded the team bus to the airport. Team officials say the players are confident knowing they just need one more win to advance to the World Series, and they say the fans should be, too.

"It's not been easy this year, and it won't be easy in Philadelphia," said Larry Baer, president and CEO of the Giants organization. "We feel like we've played all year, and we've been resilient all year, so keep the faith."

The Giants lost 4-2 to the Phillies in Game 5 last night. The giants still lead the series 3-2, with Game 6 Saturday, and if necessary, Game 7 on Sunday.
