The De Anza Cupertino Aquatics or DACA Swim Center was evacuated on Wednesday afternoon after a malfunctioning pump leaked chlorine. Several children were exposed and rushed to hospitals to be treated.
The chemical was in the air and not in the water. Staffers are trying to find out what caused the pump to back up and leak the chlorine.
