"There's a pin sliding up into here and the door just kind of sits on here," said Zach Carpenter, a Jeep owner. "If you leave your doors unlocked, people will come along at nighttime and just snatch both your doors."
Now there are special bolts with locks that make it almost impossible for thieves to steal the doors. The cost is about $60 for the bolts. The doors cost $1,000 if you have to buy them brand new.
