The former mistress of convicted wife killer Scott Peterson is being sued. Amber Frey dated Peterson in 2002, and testified for the prosecution at his trial. Now, Frey is being sued by an author, for breach of contract.

The suit is asking for Frey to either pay $250,000 or renew her cooperation on a book called "Memoirs of a Sex Addict", and the screenplay, "Myths of the Flesh."

Frey has not responded, but her father claims, it's simply an attempt to cash in on her name.
