A study out of Tufts Medical Center in Boston shows sudden moderate to intense physical activity, whether it's sex or jogging, increases the risk of a heart attack. They say people are 2.7 times more likely to suffer a heart attack during sex or right after.

Researchers say the take-away is people need regular physical activity to strengthen the heart. The study is published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
