Giants pay tribute to Bryan Stow

SAN FRANCISCO

Nearly $300,000 has been raised for the 42-year-old who remains in a medically-induced coma after he was savagely beaten by two Dodgers fans last week. On Friday the mayor of Los Angeles and the police chief announced new security measures at Dodger stadium.

"If you are coming to Dodger stadium to cause trouble, I advise you to stay home, because you will be arrested," said Charlie Beck.

"Those off-duty officers will be in uniform and will have not only the authority of arrest but the authority to revoke your right to attend the game," said Villaraigosa.

The Dodgers will be in San Francisco on Monday to face off against the Giants. The team will dedicate that game to Stow.
