Brown speaks at Bay Area Council's Outlook Conference

SAN FRANCISCO

The governor spoke in San Francisco during the Bay Area Council's annual Outlook Conference. The audience included over 1,000 CEOs, top-level executives and elected officials.

Brown downplayed critics who claim California has one of America's poorest business climates. The governor also outlined some of the steps he has already implemented to make California's government more efficient and to reduce spending.
