Surveillance video from on-board the 24-Divisadero line was released to show the incident from last Saturday. A woman says the driver kicked her off the bus after she asked him to open the doors for her husband.
Just one stop later, passengers say the operator kicked the rest of them off when the bus experienced mechanical problems.
Muni officials reviewed the on-board surveillance and concluded it supported the passengers' accounts.
