Researchers in Japan are working to replicate a real kiss - even if your partner is sitting at a computer half a world away.

Each person has a little gadget with a straw attached. You move the straw with your tongue and your partner gets the straw moving around the same way in their mouth.

The inventor says it perfectly mimics part of a real kiss. Now they're working on moistness, a sense of taste, and manner of breathing.
