Bonds trial on three perjury counts ended in a mistrial in April, but the same jury found him guilty on obstruction of justice. Those charges stemmed from Bonds' grand jury testimony in 2003.
Prosecutors claimed he lied under oath about knowingly taking steroids. They haven't decided if they'll re-try bonds on the three perjury charges.
A hearing on Bonds' latest request will take place July 1.
