The homicide in Vallejo took place last Thursday afternoon outside an apartment complex on Porter Street. Vallejo police identified the victim as 22-year-old Michael Ross.
San Francisco police believe Walker also killed 19-year-old Robert O'Bryant and wounded another man in January. That shooting took place outside of a home on Kirkwood Avenue in the Bayview District.
