The bank needed more space so it moved its headquarters from San Francisco to an historic art deco building on Broadway.
They celebrated the move with balloons and cake.
The Community Bank specializes in mortgages. More than half its business comes from women and minorities.
Last year, it generated $22.6 million in revenue, which is down more than a third from the previous year.
