San Jose house fire displaces four

SAN JOSE, Calif.

About 25 firefighters responded to reports of fire in a two-story house in the 200 block of Moraga Way at about 11:15 a.m., San Jose fire Capt. Michael Van Elgort said.

Flames damaged parts of the roof and an attic space before it was controlled in around 17 minutes, Van Elgort said.

No one was injured in the fire.

The fire caused an estimated $200,000 in damage to the contents and structure of the home, Van Elgort said.

The cause is still under investigation.
