Police were called to a rental storage facility on Peralta Avenue near Maple Street where they found the victim's body just before 10 p.m.
For now, they are describing the crime as a drive-by shooting with no known suspects or motive. Investigators say they are checking nearby businesses to see if any have surveillance video of the incident.
The victim's name has not yet been released.
