The San Francisco Examiner reports the group plans to build an urban cultural center in the city that will provide collaborative gathering and gallery spaces, classrooms and sites for rituals and ceremonies.
Black Rock City LLC, which puts on the Burning Man festival in the Nevada desert, announced in April that it is relocating its headquarters from the Bayview District to Sixth and Market Street.
