The truck overturned at about 5:30 a.m. and spilled a load of scrap metal, which blocked the connector ramp and two right lanes of Highway 101, CHP Officer Kevin Bartlett said.
No one was injured in the crash, Bartlett said.
The connector ramp remains closed and there is no estimate yet for when it will reopen. A Sig-alert issued at 5:54 a.m. remains in effect.
