On September 25, the officer opened fire in the 9900 block of Cherry Street, after he says a suspect threatened him with a gun. But at least two witnesses have said it appeared the man was shot while his hands were in the air.
The unidentified officer has not been allowed to see the tape, and there's no word if it will ever be made public.
