A car theft suspect crashed and flipped his vehicle on Main Street in Oakley around 6:45 this morning, after he rammed two police cars. A CHP cruiser crashed through a fence -- the officer wasn't hurt. Authorities say the suspect tried to make a run for it, but officers chased him down.
A medical helicopter airlifted the man to the hospital for injuries he suffered in the crash. The suspect's name and condition haven't been released.
