There were six disabled passengers in the van when the crash happened around 9 a.m. on Stony Point Road at Scenic Avenue, CHP Officer Jon Sloat said.
The injured passengers were taken to a hospital.
The crash knocked power lines onto the road and crushed the van, according to the CHP.
Stony Point Road is expected to be closed until at least 12:30 p.m., Sloat said.
