PG&E crews are starting to build an access road so repairs can be done on a ruptured gas line in Woodside.

A section of the pipeline ruptured on Sunday during a high-pressure water test near Interstate 280, sending mud and rocks onto the freeway.

PG&E says they believe the pipe failed after being damaged at some early point by a backhoe.
