Alioto-Lazio Fish Company opened up again Thursday morning just in time for next Tuesday's start of crab season. The owners voluntarily closed the iconic store while an environmental cleanup took place nearby. They were concerned the debris might contaminate their fish and crabs.
Alioto-Lazio has been in operation for more than 70 years and is completely run by women, descendents of the founder Tom Lazio.
