It happened along Glazier Drive while she was walking to El Dorado Middle School which is on West Street and Concord Boulevard. The girl told police the man asked her to get into a beige-colored van twice. She said "no" several times and went to a safe location where she called a parent.
The man is described as being heavyset, in his 30s with a black mustache and goatee.
