By Tuesday night authorities said the 1,800 acre blaze threatened at least another dozen Southern Douglas County homes. There were no injuries reported.
Choppers, air tankers, and some 250 firefighters are battling the blaze.
It's moving rapidly northeast, with no containment in sight.
