Jobs wrote the memo in 1974, when he was working nights at video game maker Atari. In it, Jobs describes ways Atari could add "fun and functionality" to one of its arcade games.
The memo is stamped All-One Farm Design, the name of a commune Jobs frequented and includes a Buddhist mantra.
Jobs time at Atari was brief and he left the company that summer to travel through India.
The memo goes up for auction June 15.
