Suspended teacher pleads not guilty to child porn charges

SAN JOSE, Calif.

Johnny Urias had taught at Will Rogers School in San Jose until September, when administrators placed Urias on leave after learning Milpitas police were investigating him.

Officers arrested Urias last month after serving search warrants on his former and current homes, along with seizing several computers.

San Jose police came under fire for questioning Urias' students without getting permission from their parents.

Detectives have found no evidence that any of his students were harmed.
