The marketer of some popular vitamins for children is refunding more than $2 million. The company NBTY has admitted its Disney and Marvel hero-themed vitamins contained only a fraction of the nutritional value it claimed on the packaging.

The pills were advertised as containing a dose of DHA that would satisfy 100 percent of a child's daily requirement. But the Federal Trade Commission says that in some cases, the vitamins contained only miniscule amounts of DHA, which is an omega-3 fatty acid found in fish.
