Police arrested 36-year old Meng Ricky Wong of Redwood City in April. Two young female students claim he fondled them at the Tat Wong Kung Fu Academy in San Mateo. The alleged incidents happened between 2010 and 2011.
One of the girl's guardians has filed a civil suit against the studio asking for damages.
Wong is free on bail right now and has a court date in late September.
