New app designed to help correct posture, avoid "text neck"

That's the term for neck pain and headaches related to your posture while using a mobile device.

The Text Neck Institute has created a mobile app to remind users when they are, or are not, using good posture. The app is now available for Android phones, but not yet on iTunes.

The institute recommends keeping your head from leaning forward, keeping your feet flat on the ground and taking breaks after 20 minutes of using a mobile device or desk top.
